The core principles and building blocks of the Solo Club are:

1. Confidence and Communication

Participating in group exercises (ensemble) and activities focussed on voice and movement, through play and imagination your child will develop their social skills and interactions.

2. Public Speaking and Social Interaction

Focussed acting exercises will help your child develop their ability to speak in public and  be sensitive and supportive to their peers.

3. Relaxation and Breathing

Through using a combination of deep breathing exercises for both inhalation and exhalation we will increase their ability to combat stress.

4. Posture and Alignment

By following a series of bespoke physical exercises and procedures, with an emphasis on strengthening the body and its core muscles, lengthening and widening the back and freeing the spine  will achieve a more co-coordinated movement towards balance and alignment
